Yarragin Private Retreat is part of Indigenous Tours WA and is owned and operated by Greg Nannup — a proud Wadjuk Nyongar man with deep connections to country, culture and community. Yarragin sits on ancient Nyongar country in the Whadjuk Boodja and has been the home of the Journey on Country experience for many years. The Journey on Country Corporate and Teacher PD experience is facilitated by Dr Noel Nannup — one of Western Australia's most respected Nyongar Elders, cultural educators and storytellers. His philosophy of "Carers of Everything" forms the heart of every Journey on Country experience at Yarragin.

This is the home of Journey on Country — an authentic Aboriginal cultural camping experience that connects you to country, culture and community in a way that will stay with you for life.

Self-drive, self-cater overnight experience

Meet at Noble Falls in Gidgegannup and self-drive to Yarragin Private Retreat for an unforgettable night under the stars. Bring your own food and drinks and gather around the campfire with an Aboriginal Elder on ancient Nyoongar country.
